- Veoma sam zadovoljan dosadašnjim tokom posete. Razgovarali smo o svim ključnim temama, od evropskih integracija do naše bilateralne saradnje, koja je najznačajnija, očekujem potpisivanje bilateralnog ugovora o slobodnoj trgovini do sredine oktobra meseca, kada se nadam poseti Irakli Kobahidze Srbiji. Verujem da će doći na Wine Vision i nekoliko dana pre toga da ćemo moći da objavimo ugovor o slobodnoj trgovini. Sve veći je broj srpskih turista, čak sam sreo četvoro ljudi iz Srbije ispred hotela u Tbilisiju, koji su došli sada kao turisti redovnom linijom Air Srbije i nadaju se lepom provodu u ovoj zaista inspirativnoj zemlji. Mislim da smo za 36% uvećali našu trgovinsku razmenu u prva četiri meseca. Verujem da će taj obim rasti u narednom periodu i siguran sam da radimo dobar posao.

Delimo, rekao bih, brojne vrednosti i čini mi se da je bila od značaja i poseta patrijarhu Šiju III, koji je nasledio Iliju II, i to je mnogo važno i za sticanje poštovanja ovde u Gruziji. Jer čak i kada kažu da im je važnija gruzijska crkva od Brisela, onda to mnogo znači, jer gruzijska crkva ima poseban značaj u gruzijskom narodu, isti, ako ne i veći značaj kao srpska crkva u našem narodu. U svakom slučaju, mislim da smo ovom prvom posetom, važno je da to istaknem, ovo je prva poseta, pre 31 godine smo gotovo otvorili, uspostavili diplomatske kanale, uspostavili diplomatske odnose sa Gruzijom. Ovo je prva predsednička poseta Tbilisiju i ponosan sam na to što sam imao tu sreću da budem prvi predsednik koji posećuje Gruziju.

O energetskoj situaciji i pregovorima o NIS-u

NIS će verovatno dobiti još 15 dana produženja licence, rekao je predsednik Srbije Aleksandar Vučić u Gruziji.

Mogli su to da urade i pre pet, i pre sedam, i pre deset godina. Naravno da nisu hteli, samo je neko trebalo da to razume, da bude racionalan i da ne obmanjuje svoj narod. Ja mislim da već dugo vremena ne obmanjujem građane Srbije i govorim im šta je realnost, i ako postoji nešto zbog čega bih se zahvalio Marti Kos, to je upravo činjenica da je mnoge druge suočila sa realnošću. Naše je da vidimo šta su naši interesi. Veoma je važno da imamo otvorene granice i na Balkanu, ali otvorene granice i prema Evropi. Naš je interes da budemo deo jedinstvenog evropskog tržišta. To su naši važni interesi. Sve ostalo, uprkos činjenici što oni traže od vas gotovo sve da ispunite da biste mogli da budete deo samo ovog plana, plana o otvaranju granica, plus da budete deo jedinstvenog tržišta, te morate u potpunosti se saglasiti sa njihovom spoljnom politikom.
