Questa la definizione degli inquirenti su quello che ha subìto una studentessa spagnola di vent’anni, a Milano con il progetto Erasmus, stuprata da quattro persone nella notte tra il 22 e il 23 maggio scorso. Un incubo ricostruito anche grazie alle analisi delle immagini delle telecamere di sorveglianza , ai riscontri scientifici e ai tabulati telefonici . La giovane, stando a quanto risulta dalle indagini della Squadra mobile della Polizia, coordinate dalle pm Letizia Mannella, a capo del pool di contrasto ai reati sessuali, e Rosaria Stagnaro, ha subito una violenza di gruppo al termine di una serata trascorsa in una discoteca in via Corelli , alla periferia est del capoluogo lombardo.
L’aggancio nel locale e l’incubo fuori
Due ragazzi l’avrebbero agganciata all’interno del locale e poi all’esterno l’avrebbero trascinata in un luogo appartato. Poi, sarebbero arrivati altri due uomini, chiamati dai primi, e gli abusi sarebbero proseguiti all’interno di un’auto. La ragazza, dopo le violenze, accompagnata da un’amica, è andata in taxi alla clinica specializzata Mangiagalli e poi in Questura a denunciare l’accaduto. Ha cercato di fornire dettagli utili sugli stupratori che sarebbero ancora in corso di individuazione . Poi è rientrata in Spagna dalla sua famiglia.
La storia di Anna, modella scampata a una violenza di gruppo
È invece andata meglio a una modella di 30 anni, Anna Aksamit , che ha denunciato sui social di essere scampata a una violenza di gruppo, in pieno giorno, venerdì scorso per strada, sempre a Milano. Un passante l’ha salvata da un gruppo che l’aveva circondata. «Io sono stata fortunata, quella povera studentessa, a cui va tutta la mia solidarietà, purtroppo no» ha dichiarato all’ANSA la modella, che proprio oggi ha formalizzato la denuncia e ha ricostruito l’episodio, avvenuto alle 15 del 5 giugno in via Livenza . A circondarla 5-6 ragazzi, davanti a un supermercato all’angolo con via Giulio Romano. In suo soccorso è intervenuto un uomo di cui ancora non conosce l’identità. Un 40enne robusto, che ha avuto una colluttazione con i ragazzi e li ha messi in fuga.
