Do sredstev iz proračuna upravičenih 10 strank in kandidatnih list

Politične stranke bodo iz državnega proračuna prihodnje leto za sofinanciranje prejele nekaj več kot 6,2 milijona evrov. Največ sredstev pripada Gibanju Svoboda in SDS-u, stranki bosta v letu 2027 prejeli 1,72 milijona evrov oz. 1,67 milijona evrov.

Deset odstotkov vseh sredstev za sofinanciranje se med stranke razdeli v enakih deležih, preostalih 90 odstotkov sredstev pa se med stranke razdeli sorazmerno s številom dobljenih glasov na volitvah. Foto: BoBo

Po zakonu o političnih strankah proračunska sredstva pripadajo strankam, ki so na volitvah dobile najmanj odstotek glasov volivk in volivcev. V primeru skupne liste dveh strank je meja 1,2 odstotka glasov oz. 1,5 odstotka v primeru skupne liste treh ali več strank.

Za sofinanciranje strank se lahko nameni najmanj 0,0085 odstotka in ne več kot 0,017 odstotka BDP-ja, doseženega v letu pred sprejetjem proračuna ali njegovih sprememb. Iz predloga sprememb finančnega načrta DZ-ja za leto 2027, ki ga je kolegij predsednika DZ-ja sprejel v petek, načrtovana sredstva v znesku 5.991.310 evrov predstavljajo 0,0085 odstotka BDP-ja v letu 2025.

Deset odstotkov vseh sredstev za sofinanciranje se sicer med stranke razdeli v enakih deležih, v letu 2027 bo ta znesek mesečno 4992,76 evra. Do preostalih 90 odstotkov sredstev so stranke upravičene sorazmerno s številom dobljenih glasov volivcev. Stranke, ki so predložile skupno kandidatno listo, si delijo sredstva v skladu z medsebojnim sporazumom, če sporazum ni sklenjen, pa po enakih deležih.

Dodatna sredstva dobijo stranke, ki imajo organizirane mladinske organizacije, ki imajo status nacionalne mladinske organizacije. V spremembah finančnega načrta so namenska sredstva za mladinske organizacije načrtovana v znesku 300.000 evrov, višina sredstev, ki se razdeli med štiri politične stranke po stanju, kot je bilo 1. maja letos, pa znaša 226.885 evrov.

Do sredstev za sofinanciranje bo v letu 2027 upravičenih 10 strank oz. skupnih kandidatnih list. Koliko bo prejela vsaka od njih, lahko preverite v spodnji tabeli.
