Mientras el Ejecutivo sostiene que cumplir la Ley de Financiamiento Universitario afectaría el equilibrio fiscal, las universidades denuncian recortes, pérdida de poder adquisitivo y riesgo para el funcionamiento de hospitales universitarios.
