A body of the fourth victim of the accident on the Split Doors has been found in the boat's cabin. The recovery is about to begin

A fourth victim has been found in the cabin of a sunken sailboat that capsized in the area of Splitska Vrata between the islands of Šolta and Brač. The boat sank over 50 meters deep, and authorities have confirmed the discovery of the fourth body. Rescue operations are expected to begin soon, with caution due to the depth and complexity of the operation. An investigation into the circumstances of the accident has also begun.

U kabini jedrilice pronađena je četvrta žrtva teške pomorske nesreće do koje je jučer došlo u akvatoriju Splitskih vrata, između otoka Šolte i Brača. Potvrdio je to za N1 kapetan Lučke kapetanije Split Željko Kuštera, navodeći da je jedrilica potonula na dubinu od 50 metara.

Katamaran Krilo Eclipse stigao je u Split, a Kuštera navodi da se mora napraviti pregled:

“Ronioci MUP-a locirali su mjesto gdje je potonula jedrilica, to je dubina preko 50 metara i u kabini jedrilice smo našli četvrtu osobu za kojom smo tragali.

Doći će do izvlačenja tijela, DORH će dati nalog i izvaditi brod. Dubina je preko 50 metara i moramo biti jako oprezni, to su zahtjevne operacije. Sve se mora napraviti na siguran način”, kaže Kuštera.

Počela je i istraga svih okolnosti nezapamćene nesreće.

“Ne pamtim ovakvu tragediju koja je pogodila sve ljude i djelatnike koji se bave pomorstvom, to su gosti koji su dolazili kod nas. To je splet takvih okolnosti, jedna velika bol”, dodao je Kuštera, piše N1.
