Ein Mann ist auf einem Campingplatz in Wallenstein (Schwalm-Eder-Kreis) mit seinem Fahrrad von der Straße abgekommen und tödlich verunglückt. Der 59 Jahre alte Mann soll nach bisherigen Erkenntnissen der Polizei am Donnerstagnachmittag mit seinem Rad auf einer abschüssigen Straße unterwegs gewesen sein, als er vom Weg abkam und gegen einen Baum prallte. Er starb noch an der Unfallstelle. Zur genauen Unfallursache werde nun ermittelt.
