Ilcho Gyorgioski, former president of the FSM, arrested

A former president of the Macedonian Football Federation, Ilcho Gjorgioski, has been arrested by authorities investigating organized crime, in collaboration with the Ministry of Interior and Financial Police. The operation took place early in the morning and included searches at multiple locations. Alongside him, Olga Mladenovska, who was responsible for finances during his tenure, and approximately ten other individuals suspected of financial misconduct that harmed the budget of the Football House, were also detained. Под водство на обвинител од Обвинителството за гонење на организиран криминал, во содејство со МВР и Финансиската полиција, од рано утрово се спроведува акција на повеќе локации, се вршат претреси, а во рамки на оваа акција е приведен и поранешниот предводник на македонскиот фудбал.

Заедно со него е приведена и Олгица Младеновска, задолжена за финансиии за време на неговиот мандат, како и уште десетина други лица, кои се сомничат за финансиски малверзации со кои бил оштетен буџетот на Куќата на фудбалот.

Ова е нов голем шок, поради тоа што во кус период и втор поранешен предводник на македонскиот фудбал е притворен поради сериозни обвинувања за финансиски криминал. Пред нешто помалку од два месеци притворен беше Муамед Сејдини, обвинет за проневера на 700.000 евра, донација од УЕФА за изградба на трибина на стадионот во Охрид.
