Експерт звернув увагу, що Нацбанк продовжує працювати в режимі керованої гнучкості / фото REUTERS Долар близько 45 гривень не є катастрофою для гривні, а валютний ринок залишається контрольованим. Найближчими днями американська валюта навряд чи перевищить позначку 45,2 грн, зазначив директор департаменту фінансових ринків та інвестиційної діяльності "Глобус Банку" Тарас Лєсовий у коментарі УНІАН.
За його словами, кінець червня може супроводжуватися підвищеною мінливістю курсу, однак підстав говорити про початок стійкої девальвації наразі немає.
"В окремі банківські дні підсумкова різниця між нижніми та верхніми курсовими значеннями може сягати до 0,3 грн. Однак така амплітуда не доказ потужної девальвації. Це радше ознака підвищеної чутливості ринку до новин, підвищеного попиту на валюту серед імпортерів, переважно нафтотрейдерів, і поведінки учасників міжбанку", – зазначив банкір.

Лєсовий пояснив, що позначка 45 грн за долар має сильний психологічний ефект, адже легко потрапляє в заголовки та швидко поширюється серед населення. Водночас важливішими за саму цифру є причини її появи, тривалість курсових змін та реакція Національного банку.
Експерт звернув увагу, що Нацбанк продовжує працювати в режимі керованої гнучкості та має достатні інструменти для згладжування надмірних коливань. За оцінками банкіра, протягом тижня регулятор може спрямувати на ринок близько 850-900 мільйонів доларів валютних інтервенцій для покриття підвищеного попиту.
Додатковим чинником стабільності він назвав уповільнення інфляції. Якщо в травні ціни зросли на 0,7-0,9%, то в червні очікується підвищення лише на 0,5%. Річна інфляція, за прогнозом, може сповільнитися до 7,9%.
Також на настрої учасників ринку позитивно впливають очікування своєчасного надходження міжнародної фінансової допомоги Україні та збереження достатнього рівня валютної ліквідності.
Водночас серед основних ризиків Лєсовий назвав ситуацію на паливному ринку. За його словами, високі світові ціни на нафту та нафтопродукти можуть підтримувати попит на валюту з боку імпортерів і впливати на курсову динаміку.
За прогнозом банкіра, протягом 22-28 червня долар на міжбанку торгуватиметься в межах 44,6-45 грн, а на готівковому ринку – 44,3-45,2 грн. Курс євро очікується в коридорі 51-52,5 грн.
"Долар трохи нижче 45 грн – це психологічно помітно, але економічно не є катастрофічним. Ринок залишається під впливом ризиків, однак має достатньо запобіжників, щоб пройти цей етап без девальваційного сценарію", – підсумував експерт.
