(Видео) Филипче помеѓу земјоделиците: Зголемени трошоци, намалени субвенции, ниски откупни цени, откуп нема

Претседателот на СДСМ, Венко Филипче, денеска од Карбинци обвини дека земјоделството се соочува со сериозни проблеми и оцени дека состојбата во секторот е најлоша во последните три децении.
По средбите со земјоделци од различни гранки, Филипче изјави дека производителите се соочуваат со зголемени трошоци за производство, доцнење на субвенциите, ниски откупни цени и недостиг на организиран откуп.
Според него, цените на ѓубривата, водата и работната сила се зголемени, а дополнителен проблем претставуваат и неисчистените канали за наводнување. Тој посочи дека и покрај постоењето на систем поврзан со езерото Калиманци, дел од земјоделските површини немаат соодветно наводнување.
„Понатаму, немање доволна сума на пари за субвенции. Вкупната сума на субвенции е намалена за 40 милиони евра, освен што е намалена не се исплаќаат,, субвенциите доцнат. И тоа важи исто така за секој сектор во земјоделието како за производство на тутун, како за сточарите, млекопроизводителите, производителите на ориз. Ланската година го видовме, сега оваа година повторно исто ќе биде со лозарите. Луѓето не можат да врзат крај со крај“, рече Филипче.
Според него, освен што се доцни со исплата на субвенциите, откупните цени се ниски. Како пример го наведе млекото, за кое, како што рече, откупната цена паднала од 36 на 23 до 24 денари за литар, како и оризот, чија цена е речиси преполовена.
„Ниту оризoпроизводителите, ниту производителите на млеко немаат каде да го пласираат своето производство. Едноставно откупните центри се фокусирани затоа што тоа државата им го дозволува да купуваат евтини репро материјали од странство и на тој начин никако не се штити домашното производство. Значи ваков колапс и ваква негрижа немало никогаш во земјата. Огромни трошоци за производство, намалени субвенции, каснење на субвенциите, намалени откупни цени и немање откуп. Јас мислам дека оваа ситуација единствено нешто во однос на млекопроизводителите со што може да заврши, поради тоа што ќе останат тони и тони млеко кое што нема кај да се пласира, а државата не води сметка да им помогне на луѓето, едноставно да го истурат на улиците“, кажа лидерот на СДСМ, Филипче.

Премиерот Христијан Мицкоски најави дека до јули треба да бидат завршени клучните студии за изградба на брзата пруга на Коридорот 10, по што проектот ќе влезе во собраниска процедура, а првите активности на терен би можеле да започнат уште наесен.
Одговарајќи на новинарско прашање за проектите што треба да се реализираат во рамки на Договорот за стратешко партнерство со Обединетото Кралство, Мицкоски рече дека во земјава веќе престојувале претставници на британската страна и на потенцијалниот заемодавател, а во тек е подготовката на физибилити студијата и студијата за влијанието врз животната средина.
Според него, доколку документите бидат готови во предвидениот рок и процедурите се одвиваат според планот, Владата ќе предложи закон во Собранието, по што би започнала реализацијата на проектот по принципот „жолт фидик“.
Мицкоски воедно ги отфрли обвинувањата на СДСМ дека со договорот со Обединетото Кралство се предвидува прифаќање мигранти во државата.
„И нема мигранти, и нема неуспешни баратели на азил како што гледате, и повторно се потврдија невистините коишто доаѓаат од СДСМ дека се невистини, и нема да има. Премиерот се осврна и на критиките од опозициската СДСМ за економските показатели, оценувајќи дека партијата манипулира со податоците за бруто домашниот производ. Повикајќи се на податоци од Меѓународниот монетарен фонд, тој рече дека номиналната вредност на БДП во изминатите две години е повисока за 560 милиони долари во споредба со растот остварен во седумгодишниот период на претходната Влада.
Според Мицкоски, оваа економска вредност е постигната со значително помало задолжување во однос на претходната власт, додавајќи дека таквите оценки се потврдени и во последниот извештај на ММФ за македонската економија.
