Predsjednica Federacije BiH tvrdi da je riječ o starom i neispravnom vozilu te da su pojedini medijski napisi o ovom slučaju zlonamjerni.

Revizori su, između ostalog, istakli da se radi o automobilu Audi A8 4.2 Quattro, nabavne vrijednosti 157.679 KM te kako se vodi u evidenciji Ureda predsjednice FBiH iako nije u njegovom vlasništvu. Kako nije prezentovana dokumentacija o njegovom isknjižavanju, utvrđeno je da takvo evidentiranje utječe na tačnost finansijskih izvještaja.

Bradara je za TV HB izjavila da je u cijeloj priči "famozna zloupotreba izvješća i zlonamjerni medijski napisi".

Pojasnila je da je riječ o vozilu iz 1997. godišta koje je u neispravnom i potpuno neupotrebljivom stanju te se fizički nalazi u garaži Parlamentarne skupštine Bosne i Hercegovine.

Vozilo nije u vlasništvu njenog ureda, kako je rekla, nego je u prošlosti dato na korištenje Uredu predsjednika Federacije i tako je ostalo u evidencijama.

Bradara je priznala da ne zna kako je tačno dospjelo u evidenciju jer ne postoji dokumentacija na temelju koje bi se moglo prenijeti vlasništvo.

"Ono je u vlasništvu Hrvatske zajednice Herceg-Bosne s klauzulom da je zabranjeno otuđenje tog vozila", istakla je ona.

Zaključila je da je to pitanje teško riješiti u skladu sa zakonom, ali da njena administracija od toga neće odustati.
