Vlada Srbije usvojila je juče Predlog Zakona roditelj-negovatelj, koji donosi veliku promenu za hiljade porodica u našoj zemlji. Ovim zakonom se prvi put uvodi sistemska podrška roditeljima koji su, zbog nege teško bolesne dece, sprečeni da budu radno angažovani.

Mesečna primanja i doprinosi

Glavna novina je uvođenje mesečne naknade u iznosu od 65.000 dinara . Međutim, to nije sve što roditelji dobijaju:

Doprinosi za penzijsko i zdravstveno osiguranje: Država će direktno uplaćivati ove doprinose, čime se roditeljima osigurava socijalna zaštita i pravo na lečenje.

Pravo na penziju : Zakon definiše i uslove za odlazak u penziju, pri čemu je starosna granica za roditelje-negovatelje određena na 65 godina .

Ukupna pomoć dostiže 108.000 dinara

Ono što je važno za kućni budžet ovih porodica jeste da nova naknada ne isključuje dosadašnja prava. Deca će i dalje primati uvećani dodatak za tuđu negu i pomoć , koji trenutno iznosi oko 43.000 dinara .

Kada se ova dva iznosa saberu, ukupna mesečna podrška države jednoj porodici dostiže 108.000 dinara .

Status se ne gubi nakon 18. rođendana deteta

Jedna od najznačajnijih stavki novog predloga zakona je kontinuitet podrške.

Roditelji neće gubiti status roditelja-negovatelja onog trenutka kada njihova deca postanu punoletna. S obzirom na to da je deci sa teškim oboljenjima nega neophodna i u odraslom dobu, država je predvidela da se isplata naknade i prava na doprinose nastave i nakon 18. godine života deteta.

Ko sve ima pravo?

Procenjuje se da će u startu ovo pravo moći da ostvari između 4.000 i 5.000 roditelja u Srbiji, a očekuje se da će taj broj rasti kako primena zakona bude odmicala.

Važno je napomenuti da donošenje ovog zakona neće ugroziti druge usluge koje su deca do sada koristila, poput boravka u dnevnim centrima ili usluga ličnog pratioca.
