Kantonalni odbor Saveza samostalnih sindikata Bosne i Hercegovine za Kanton Sarajevo uputio je dopis premijeru KS Nihadu Uku, sa zahtjevom da ih, kako su naveli, hitno i precizno informira o planu isplate regresa za 2026. godinu za sve budžetske korisnike na području Kantona Sarajevo.

KOSSSBiH smatra da, imajući u vidu dosadašnja iskustva u vođenju pregovora sa Vladom KS, kao i činjenicu da su budžetski korisnici u proteklom periodu ostvarili minimalna povećanja plata koja nisu pratila stvarne troškove života i rast inflacije,  postoji opravdan interes zaposlenika i sindikalnog članstva da budu blagovremeno informirani o svim pitanjima koja se odnose na njihova materijalna prava.

"Regres predstavlja jedno od prava zaposlenika utvrđenih kolektivnim ugovorima i praksom socijalnog dijaloga, te očekujemo da Vlada KS jasno saopći kada je planirana njegova isplata. Od Vlade KS i premijera zahtijevamo da u roku od sedam dana dostave zvaničan odgovor na navedeni upit, te da se jasno odrede prema planu isplate regresa za 2026. godinu" , navodi se u saopćenju sindikata.

Istovremeno, KOSSSBiH za KS naglašava da će pružiti punu podršku svim granskim sindikatima koji djeluju na području KS u procesu počinjanja pregovora za zaključivanje novih kolektivnih ugovora, kao i izmjena i dopuna postojećih kolektivnih ugovora.

"Kantonalni odbor će pažljivo pratiti sve aktivnosti nadležnih institucija, te će zajedno sa granskim sindikatima koristiti sve zakonom predviđene mogućnosti i pravne mehanizme radi zaštite prava zaposlenika i ostvarivanja legitimnih sindikalnih zahtjeva. O svim narednim koracima sindikalno članstvo i javnost bit će blagovremeno informisani" , saopćeno je iz SSSBiH.
