Fellesforbundet varsler at alle deres 468 kabinansatte i SAS kan bli tatt ut i streik fra onsdag neste uke.
Det er frist til midnatt tirsdag å lande en avtale, og en streik kan føre til innstilte fly allerede dagen etter.
Lønnsnivå og arbeidsbelastning er sentrale temaer.
For to år siden gikk de kabinansatte i SAS ut i streik.
Nå skal tariffavtalen på ny opp til megling. Partene møtes mandag og tirsdag neste uke, og har frist til midnatt tirsdag på å lande en avtale.
Om de ikke blir enige kan ferieklare nordmenn møte streik og innstilte fly allerede onsdag neste uke.
Fellesforbundet varsler at samtlige av deres medlemmer vil bli tatt ut. Det betyr at 468 kabinansatte kan gå ut i streik fra og med onsdag morgen.

– Unntaket er kabinbesetninger som brukes i beredskapsoppdrag rundt liv og helse, samt flygninger til og fra Svalbard, sier forhandlingsleder for Fellesforbundet, Dag-Einar Sivertsen, i en pressemelding.
– Vet mange flyr i disse dager
Sivertsen sier at de venter en svært krevende megling.
– Vi har flere komplekse saksområder vi må lande, men Fellesforbundet går alltid til forhandlinger og megling med mål om å få på plass en enighet eller meglingsløsning, sier han.
Han understreker at målet ikke er å ramme ferieklare nordmenn.
– Vi vet at mange flyr til feriedestinasjoner i disse dager. Derfor er Fellesforbundets mål alltid å søke løsninger. Skulle meglingen likevel ikke føre frem, vil vi ta ut samtlige medlemmer i streik allerede i første uttak.

Fellesforbundet skriver i pressemeldingen at lønnen må opp.
De viser til at lønnen til de kabinansatte i SAS er omtrent den samme som lønnen til de hotell-og restaurantansatte som streiket i vår.
– I tillegg har de en svært utfordrende og belastende arbeidshverdag og et stort ansvar for sikkerhet og helse til de reisende, skriver Fellesforbundet i pressemeldingen.
