Rogán-Szendrei Cecília tavaly 125 millió forintért vásárolta meg egy bő 2000 négyzetméteres ingatlan háromnegyedét Tihany legszebb részén, Óváron. A terület hivatalosan szőlő művelési ágú, ezért a földek adásvételének szabálya szerint nyilvánossá kell tenni, ki kell függeszteni a szerződést, hátha valaki élni akar az elővásárlási jogával – mi is így találtunk rá anno arra a dokumentumra .

Az ingatlan a helyrajzi száma alapján szomszédos Rogán-Szendrei tihanyi nyaralójával, vagyis Rogán Antal exfelesége gyakorlatilag a szintén nagyjából 2000 négyzetméteres telkét bővítette ki, duplázta meg a víz felé.

Alig egy évvel a vásárlás után az üzletasszony már meg is válik a szőlője egy részétől, 20 millió forintért adja el.

Rogán-Szendrei nyaralója körül pár éve volt pár botrány, 2022-ben írtuk meg , hogy a földdel tették egyenlővé az ott korábban lévő házat, és új építkezésbe kezdtek.
