“Komuna e Prishtinës nuk ka ndjekur asnjë procedurë që e obligon Ligji në fuqi, prandaj çfarëdo aranzhimi, marrëveshje apo kontrate që është nënshkruar në lidhje me këtë çështje, ajo është në shkelje të plotë të Ligjit për Partneritet Publiko Privat. Organet e rendit do duhej të vepronin sa më parë në lidhje me këtë rast në mënyrë që të parandalohet keqpërdorimi i parasë publike”, ka shkruar Murati në Facebook.
