The head of ARKEP is waiting for you, the phone number compatibility is in focus

The Chief Prosecutor's Office representative, Agron Qalaj, met with the Chairman of the Electronic and Postal Communications Regulatory Authority (ARKEP), Nazim Rahimi, to discuss the implementation of regulations regarding phone number portability and inter-institutional coordination. The meeting included discussions on the progress of implementing these regulations for public communication service users, obligations arising from this process, and other shared institutional issues. Both parties agreed to strengthen cooperation between institutions to improve the effectiveness of legal duties'

Ushtruesi i Detyrës së Kryeprokurorit të Shtetit, Agron Qalaj, ka zhvilluar sot një takim me Kryetarin e Bordit të Autoritetit Rregullativ të Komunikimeve Elektronike dhe Postare (ARKEP), Nazim Rahimi, në fokus të të cilit ishte zbatimi i rregullores për bartshmërinë e numrave telefonikë dhe koordinimi ndërinstitucional.

Në takim mori pjesë edhe prokurori përgjegjës për Njësinë Ndërlidhëse të Përgjimeve në Zyrën e Kryeprokurorit të Shtetit, Lulzim Sulejmani, si dhe përfaqësues të ARKEP-it.

Palët diskutuan mbi ecurinë e zbatimit të Rregullores për bartshmërinë e numrave për përdoruesit e shërbimeve publike të komunikimeve elektronike, obligimet që burojnë nga ky proces, si dhe çështje të tjera me interes të përbashkët institucional.

Sipas njoftimit, në fund të takimit Qalaj dhe Rahimi u pajtuan për forcimin e mëtejmë të bashkëpunimit ndërmjet institucioneve, me synim rritjen e efikasitetit në zbatimin e përgjegjësive ligjore dhe mbrojtjen e interesit publik.
