Protest in Rrjoll, protesters block the construction of the resort
A group of people protested in the Rrjoll area on Saturday, where the Blu Borgo resort is being built. They claim the land was taken from them using forged documents. The protesters warned of violence if their demands to be recognized as landowners are not considered. Some protesters stated they do not oppose the tourist project or the development of the area but reject the court decisions that, according to them, determined land ownership. On the other hand, the company Gener 2, involved in the project as a third party, stated it recognizes only those individuals who have valid documentation and relevant court decisions. The company announced that anyone who legally claims ownership is welcome to proceed.

Një grup njerëzish kanë protestuar në zonën e Rrjollit të shtunën, ku po ndërtohet resorti “Blu Borgo”.
Ata pretendojnë se resorti po ndërtohet në tokat e tyre, që u janë marrë përmes dokumenteve të falsifikuara.
Të mbështetur edhe nga protestues të ardhur nga Tirana dhe Shkodra, ata janë përplasur me forcat e Policisë së Shtetit të cilët u kanë bërë thirrje të shmangin aktet e dhunës, raportoi A2.
Sipas A2News, pasi janë përplasur fizikisht me punonjësit e policisë, protestuesit kanë dëmtuar murin rrethues të kantierit, i cili është pjesë e detyrueshme e çdo lejeje ndërtimi, duke përdorur sëpata, pinca hekuri dhe sende të tjera të forta.
Protestuesit, në vijim të thirrjeve që kanë bërë më herët kanë paralajmëruar dhunë nëse kërkesa e tyre për t’u njohur si pronarë nuk merret në konsideratë.
Më herët, një pjesë e protestuesve janë shprehur publikisht se nuk kundërshtojnë projektin turistik apo zhvillimin e zonës, por kanë deklaruar se nuk i njohin vendimet gjyqësore të formës së prerë që, sipas tyre, kanë përcaktuar statusin e pronës.
Nga ana tjetër, kompania Gener 2, e përfshirë në projekt si palë e tretë, ka deklaruar se njeh si pronarë vetëm personat që disponojnë dokumentacion të vlefshëm dhe vendime gjyqësore përkatëse.
Kompania ka bërë të ditur se çdo individ që provon ligjërisht të drejtën e pronësisë është i mirëpritur të bëhet pjesë e projektit.
Kjo nuk është hera e parë që në kantierin e ndërtimit shënohen incidente ku pak muaj më parë u thyen makineritë dhe u sulmuan punonjës, si inxhinierë, fadromistë dhe punonjës sigurie.
Kundërshtimi ndaj resortit në Rrjoll po zhvillohet paralelisht me protestat kombëtare kundër projektit turistik në Zvërnec.
Sipas mediave shqiptare, projekti turistik “Blue Borgo” po zhvillohet në Rrjoll të Velipojës, brenda Zonës së Mbrojtur - Peizazhi i Mbrojtur Lumi Buna-Velipojë - një territor me ekosisteme lagunore të ndjeshme dhe biodiversitet.
