Radnice Prahy 3 prověřuje podle Deníku N podnájem v bytě, který si pronajímá vedoucí Úřadu vlády Tünde Bartha. Je v něm evidovaná, ona ani její rodina tam ovšem nebydlí. Využívají ho dvě studentky ze Slovenska. Městská část má proto podezření na nepovolený podnájem, za který hrozí až výpověď z nájmu. Bartha uvedla, že studentky za byt nic neplatí. Premiér Andrej Babiš (ANO) na otázky serveru neodpověděl.
Rodina Tünde Bartha za pronájem bytu o rozloze 70 metrů čtverečních platí asi 11 tisíc korun měsíčně. Deník N upozornil , že podle ministerstva financí je tržní nájemné v dotyčné lokalitě zhruba trojnásobné. Podnájem bytu by musela schválit radnice. „Nechal jsem si zajistit spis, který se týká zmíněného bytu. Situaci prověřujeme. Až si zanalyzujeme historii případu, zaujmeme k tomu jako radnice stanovisko,“ sdělil serveru radní pro bytovou politiku Prahy 3 Ondřej Rut (Zelení).
Bartha uvedla, že nejde o komerční podnájem a žádný příjem z něj nemá. „Hodně lidí využívá obecní byty načerno na Airbnb, tady nic takového není. Je to z rodinného vztahu a pro mě je pomoc, že ten byt není prázdný,“ sdělila Deníku N. Šéfka Úřadu vlády vlastní také byt v Praze 8 a dva byty v Maďarsku.
Městský byt v Praze 3 získali s manželem v roce 2004 výměnou za jiný městský byt v Praze 8. „Byli jsme chudí jak myši, měli jsme byt 23 metrů čtverečních a já byla těhotná. Manžel tehdy požádal o směnu. S ohledem na rodinnou situaci a sociální stav jsme dostali výměnou byt na Žižkově,“ uvedla. Podle Deníku N v něm ale nebydlí už několik let.
Manažerka slovenského původu vede Úřad vlády ČR podruhé. Poprvé byla tato rodačka z východního Slovenska v čele úřadu během Babišova kabinetu mezi lety 2018 a 2021.
S Babišem spolupracuje dlouhé roky. V letech 2024 a 2025 působila na vysoké manažerské pozici v holdingu Agrofert v Maďarsku. Měla na starosti řízení rozvoje ve východní Evropě a v zemích, kde holding dosud nepůsobil. Když Babiš od ledna 2014 do května 2017 vedl ministerstvo financí, byla vedoucí jeho kabinetu. V prosinci 2017 si ji po jmenování premiérem vzal s sebou na Úřad vlády ČR, kde nejprve působila jako ředitelka odboru kabinetu předsedy vlády.
