Maritime police sanctioned the perpetrators of illegal gliding
The Maritime Police has recorded 22 violations related to unauthorized gliding within 300 meters of the coast in the areas around the islands of Krk, Rab, and Losinj. Posade policijskih plovila Postaje pomorske policije Rijeka tijekom proteklih tjedan dana zabilježile su 22 prekršaja iz domene Pomorskog zakonika, odnosno nedozvoljeno glisiranje na udaljenosti manjoj od 300 metara od obale.
Počinitelje ovih prekršaja pomorska policija evidentirala je u akvatoriju otoka Krka, Raba i Lošinja.
Sankcionirano je sedam državljana Njemačke, četiri državljana Austrije, po tri državljana Slovenije i Italije, dva državljana Mađarske, dva hrvatska državljana te jedan državljanin Francuske.
Svi oni novčano su sankcionirani temeljem odredbi Pomorskog zakonika.
Policijski službenici pomorske policije će i dalje pojačano nadzirati nautičare, ali i kupače i ronioce te ih sve pozivaju na pridržavanje pravila i propisa bitnih za sigurnost na moru, poručuju iz Policijske uprave primorsko-goranske.
