Climbers modestly open the competition in Innsbruck

At the World Cup in Innsbruck, Slovenia's climbers completed their qualifications in bouldering but did not advance to the semifinals. The best-performing Slovenian climber was Jennifer Eucharia Buckley, who finished 28th. Other Slovenian climbers placed 41st, 51st, and 66th. Jennifer Buckley je kvalifikacije sklenila na 28. mestu.

Športne plezalke so na svetovnem pokalu v avstrijskem Innsbrucku opravile s kvalifikacijami na balvanih. Slovenke so ostale brez polfinala. Najboljša pa je bila na 28. mestu Jennifer Eucharia Buckley. Katja Kadić je osvojila 41. mesto, Julija Kruder 51. in Lina Funa 66.

Med dekleti je v skupini A zmagala Francozinja Agathe Challet, v skupini B pa Američanka Annie Sanders.

Brez polfinala so ostali tudi moški. Anže Peharc je bil 25., Matevž Margon 70. in Gorazd Jureković 79.

Še bolj zanimivo bo za slovenski tabor konec tedna, ko bo na tekmi v težavnosti nastopila tudi dvakratna olimpijska prvakinja Janja Garnbret .

Prvi pa so bili v Innsbrucku na vrsti paraplezalci, ki so nastope v težavnosti sklenili v torek. Pia Purkart (kategorija RP 3) in Matej Arh (AL 1) sta bila srebrna, Manca Smrekar (AU 3) pa bronasta. Tanja Glušić (B 1) je osvojila peto mesto, Gorazd Dolenc (B2) pa šesto.
