Namjerno sam ovih dana samo dijagonalno preletjela taj užas po novinama o 14 nekih krvožednih momaka iz Torcide koje je policija uhvatila kad su s glisera iskočili na Hvar da bi – prebili/zamlatili/ zatukli/polomili kosti/ izbili zube – dvojici ni za što krivih sezonskih radnika iz Srbije . Ne mogu to pa i nisam, vidjela sam samo kostur. Dosta. I previše.
Čovjek se često ima potrebu zaštititi od takvih odurnih vijesti iz više razloga. One društvo u kome živiš okružen mahom pristojnim ljudima i u kome rastu tvoja djeca crtaju kao beznadni mrak. Volio bi da se tvoji sunarodnjaci ne ponašaju kao podivljale životinje. Radije bi da ne vidiš kako mladi koji se okupljaju oko nogometa, idu u crkvu i vitlaju državnim zastavama, svako malo napadaju ove i one, mlate i razbijaju. Pitaš se tko je to odgajao. Odbojno ti kakav se sve klatež objesio o sport, sam po sebi lijep, inspirativan i krepostan. Nije ti drago da se o Hrvatima negdje piše kao o šovinističkim manijacima. Jesu li ovi vidjeli kakve škole? Sram te je, a ne možeš ništa.
Zato ponekad ne čitaš dalje to što stoji u naslovima. Okreneš glavu. Spasio si od crnila svoj dan. A valjda će se za huligane i razbijače pobrinuti policija i pravosuđe. Danas, međutim, ipak pokleknem pa idem do kraja toga gdje piše da je sudac istrage pustio četvoricu da se brane sa slobode.
Na obračun su donijeli letve, palice i fantomke
I ništa mi nije jasno. Takozvanih navijača, koji su za krvavi obračun s dvojicom golobradih srpskih konobara donijeli na Hvar letve, palice i fantomke da sakriju lica – bilo je 14. Tako je javila policija nakon što ih je presrela i spriječila da se dogodi veliko zlo. Aha, mislim, znači četvorica su puštena da idu kući – jedan ima 33 godine, dvojica 22, a jedan 18 – a 10 ih je zadržano u rešetkama. Ali ne, ne, krivo sam to zaključila.
Jer zapravo su samo ta četvorica prijavljena, a preostalih deset se više ne spominje kao da ih nije ni bilo u ovoj operaciji ”čišćenja” sezonske radne snage koja je ovamo došla zaraditi za kruh i koja piše ćirilicom. A i tu četvoricu je sudac pomilovao odlukom da ih oslobodi pritvora. Jedino se više ne smiju približavati konobarima iz Srbije i svake srijede se moraju javiti u policijsku postaju. Moš mislit kako će ih to potresti i preodgojiti.
Ne shvaćam stvarno kako razmišlja to sudstvo, taj sudac, i jesmo li svi ostali bez kompasa osim njega i njih. Kao da divljaci i razbijači imaju u Hrvatskoj povlašten tretman. Umjesto da ih se u startu najstrože kazni za pouku njima i svima drugima, devijantni ”navijači” obično se provuku s najmanjim mogućim posljedicama. Zašto se to čini? Gdje je onih deset članova ove bande koji su nestali sa scene? I kako će sudac objasniti da najgora četvorica među njima idu doma nakon što su se urotili da nanesu fizičke ozljede momcima koji su došli na Hvar da za plaću služe hrvatske turiste?
Zahvaljujući policiji nije došlo do realizacije plana
Pa očito je da su palice, letve i ostali napadački pribor, nađen u kombiju koji ih je trebao prevesti na lokaciju obračuna, ponijeli da ih na živim tijelima upotrijebe u nekom zaklonjenom portunu. Bitno je što, zahvaljujući policiji, nije došlo do realizacije plana i što radnici iz Srbije nisu stradali, ali nije toliko bitno da bi se odraslim muškarcima zaboravilo to što su probali napraviti. Opaka namjera je to. Pokušaj izvršenja zločina iz mržnje. Udruživanje da se drugome nanese zlo. Fantomke za njih 14, drugova u zločinačkom planu.
Moglo je tu biti krvi, slomljenih udova, mogla je neka od žrtava udariti glavom o kamen i umrijeti. Strah te i zamišljati scenarije koji su bili sasvim realan ishod da skupina nije otkrivena. Ali kaznena institucija sve to ne vidi kao što vidi svatko normalan. Neki teški poremećaj je nastao između nas i njih. Ono što građani smatraju pravdom, djelitelji pravde pretvaraju u karikaturu.
Zakone imamo, sve je tamo lijepo napisano, definicije su jasne, i rasponi kazni postoje da se arbitri mogu kreativno izraziti, ali ovi najgori među nama uvijek dobiju galantan popust. Tako se zlo normalizira. A nikakve opomene nema za sljedeću skupinu dokonih huligana koja iz obijesti i idiotizma odluči razbiti tuđe, raniti nevine ljude i okrvaviti ruke. Da su svih ovih 14 pošteno rebnuli, drugi sa sličnim bolesnim idejama brzo bi se ohladili. Ali ovdje se to ne događa. Jadno je to i tragično do čega smo došli kad se opačine tretiraju kao nestašluci. Pa se ozbiljni prijestupnici puštaju kući k mami, na juhu i pohanu piletinu, da se oni ne bi potresli. Što nisu uspjeli u svom zločinačkom naumu.
