Dežurni javni tužilac Prvog osnovnog javnog tužilaštva u Beogradu juče je odredio zadržavanje u trajanju od 48 sati prema A.J. (41) zbog postojanja sumnje da je izvršio krivična dela "teška telesna povreda" i "neovlašćeno držanje opojnih droga". Sumnja se da je 8. juna, oko 00.10 časova, u Beogradu, u Skadarskoj ulici, prišao s leđa oštećenom D.Ć. (22), zadao mu udarac u predelu glave, usled čega je oštećeni pao na kaldrmu ulice, izgubio svest i zadobio povrede. Takođe, prilikom lišenja slobode, kod osumnjičenog je pronađena opojna droga, za koju se sumnja da je isti neovlašćeno držao radi sopstvene upotrebe.

Danas je osumnjičeni A.J. saslušan na okolnost krivičnih dela koja su mu stavljena na teret, nakon čega je Prvom osnovnom sudu u Beogradu podnet predlog za određivanje pritvora, s obzirom da postoje osobite okolnosti koje ukazuju da će osumnjičeni boravkom na slobodi, u kratkom vremenskom periodu ponoviti krivična dela koja su mu stavljena na teret.

Tužilaštvo će u toku dokaznog postupka ispitati svedoka oštećenog, druge svedoke događaja, doneti naredbu o potrebnim veštačenjima, pa nakon prikupljanja svih dokaza i utvrđivanja tačnog i potpunog činjeničnog stanja, doneti odluku o daljem postupanju.
