An uncontrolled gunshot occurred at the district police headquarters in Działdowo, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. The incident happened when an officer was retrieving her service weapon. No one was injured. The prosecutor is investigating the circumstances of the event, along with officers from the Police Control Department in Olsztyn and the local police commander.
