Kremlj je danas saopštio da je otvoren za dijalog sa evropskim zemljama ukoliko postoji inicjiativa za to, ali da neće prihvatati ultimatume.

Portparol Kremlja Dmitrij Peskov izjavio je da zdrav razum diktira potrebu za kontakte Evrope i Moskve zbog, kako tvrdi, ogromnog broja kompleksnih problema na dnevnom redu, ali da druga strana mora da promeni svoj pristup Rusiji , prenosi agencija Rojters.

"Evropljani su u veoma ozbiljnoj zabludi: oni misle da pregovori sa Rusijom moraju da se vode sa pozicije njihove moći i slabosti Rusije. To je najveća greška. Takav razgovor neće odvesti nigde", rekao je Peskov novinarima.

On je upitao da li takav odnos prema Rusiji "potiče iz nekompetentnosti, neinformisanosti ili gluposti Evrope".

Kabinet predsednika Evropskog saveta Antonija Košte je u sredu saopštio da je sa Moskvom uspostavljen "kratak kontakt na diplomatskom nivou" kako bi se "otvorili kanali komunikacije", a upravo taj potez bio je tema sinoćnjeg burnog samita EU u Briselu .
