På kort sikt kan den få slutt på krigføringen, gjenåpne Hormuzstredet og bidra til å redde verdensøkonomien. Men den løser langt fra alle konflikter. Fredag starter de vanskelige forhandlingene om det som skal bli en endelig avtale mellom de to rivalene.
