After more than three decades: Bhutan finally recognizes Croatia

The Kingdom of Bhutan has formally recognized Croatia, strengthening bilateral relations based on stability, peace, and sustainable development. The recognition follows efforts by the Croatian government, the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, the permanent Croatian mission to the United Nations, and the embassy in New Delhi. Croatia had previously maintained relations with Bhutan through the United Nations but now aims to deepen cooperation. After this recognition, only Niger in Africa and Tonga in Polynesia have yet to recognize Croatia. Croatia commemorates International Recognition

“Kao članica EU-a i NATO-a, Republika Hrvatska ostaje predana promicanju održivog razvoja, međunarodne suradnje, mira i stabilnosti, uključujući i kroz jačanje odnosa s partnerima u Aziji.”
