Orange's move for customers of other mobile networks

Orange Romania has introduced a new digital service allowing users to switch to Orange without visiting a physical store. The service, available via the MyOrange app, enables customers to activate mobile services instantly, including eSIM options, directly from their smartphones. Users can transfer their number from another network, switch from prepaid to postpaid plans, or choose a new number through the app. Orange operates with over 11 million customers in Romania and generates annual revenue exceeding €1.5 billion.

Unul dintre cei mai importanți jucători de pe piața telefoniei mobile anunță implementarea unui nou serviciu, care este disponibil de joi, 18 iunie.

Orange Romania anunță posibilitatea ca orice utilizator să își achiziționeze serviciile mobile sau să se porteze utilizând aplicația MyOrange — 100% digital, cu activare instantanee, și cu posibilitatea de activare a unui eSIM, potrivit unui comunicat de presă.

Noul flux digital simplifică accesul la serviciile Orange și accelerează procesul de schimbare a operatorului — iar acum totul se întâmplă direct din aplicația MyOrange, disponibilă pe iOS și Android, potrivit companiei.

Practic, prin această opțiune, oricine client poate deveni client Orange fără să meargă la magazin: își aduce numărul din altă rețea, trece de pe cartelă pe abonament sau alege un număr nou, direct de pe telefon.

Aplicația MyOrange poate fi descărcată din App Store și Google Play.

Orange are peste 11 milioane de clienți la nivel local și o cifră de afaceri anuală ce depășește 1,5 miliarde de euro, precizează compania.
