Leaders of the European Union had disagreements during a summit regarding who should negotiate with Vladimir Putin about ending the war in Ukraine. Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babiš stated that the Council was unable to reach an agreement and mentioned that Russia should be pushed toward peace by both the EU and Donald Trump.
