Una nueva imitación de la Virgen de la Esperanza de la hermandad de la Macarena viene cobrando interés por el parecido que mantiene con la cara de la imagen verdadera, todo un icono universal para la Sevilla mariana y alma de Andalucía, que recogían los ... Quintero. Se trata de una nueva 'Macarenita' distinta a la que procesiona cada año por la calle Parras, y que ahora viene cobrando un especial significado después de que en el pasado mes de mayo protagonizase una salida procesional por Utrera y el domingo se la pudiera ver presidiendo uno de los altares del Corpus Christi de Rota.
