Srbija je nedavno, padom Olge Danilović , koja čeka dete sa Janom Oblakom , ostala bez ijedne teniserka u prvih 100 na ATP listi u singl konkurenciji, a nekadašnja teniserka koja se danas bavi trenerskim poslom je pojasnila zbog čega se to dogodilo.
" Trenutno je najveći problem sistem koji nemamo, nemamo sistem rada i takmičenja kakav je potreban, nemamo sistem edukacije trenera i licenciranja. Oko toga je angažovan profesor Miljan Grbović i nadam se da će se to promeniti u narednim godinama. Potrebno nam je više edukacije i seminara i da se profilišu treneri ko je dobar za teniske škole, ko za mlade takmičare, ko za starije juniore, a ko za profesionalce. Ne može svaki trener da trenira svaku kategoriju, to se kod nas masovno dešava. Nema dovoljno zainteresovanih igrača da igraju seniorska prvenstva, ne postoje nagradni fondovi kao ranije. Za seniore je novac najveća motivacija. Za tenisere je tenis posao i trudimo se da od toga zaradimo, pogotovo profesionalci. Samo ako to uradimo možemo nešto da promenimo u srpskom tenisu ", poručila je Mišić-Krneta za " Legalbet ".

Ključna stvar je kuća tenisa. Iako je najavljivana više puta, ova ideja nikada nije realizovana.
" Mora da se radi na tome, ne znam na koji način, ali Srbiji fali Nacionalni teniski centar koji bi okupljao talente svih uzrasta. Tu bi se napravio odabir trenera koji će raditi sa tom decom kao što se radi u Italiji, Francuskoj, Engleskoj... Čak i Sofija u Bugarskoj ima svoj centar, iako je teniski slabija nacija od Srbije. To je veliki minus našeg tenisa i to je prioritet ".
Juniorski tenis je u još većem problemu smatra Mišić-Krneta.
" U juniorskom tenisu moraju da se naprave grupe najuspešnije dece i da se češće prave zajednički treninzi. Klupski tenis mora da se vrati i da se igraju turniri. Potrebno nam je da se poradi na tome - da ne bude istog vikenda četiri turnira u istoj kategoriji. Prvenstvo Beograda u Beogradu, prvenstvo Vojvodine i TSS prvenstvo do 16 godina. Na svakom se prijavi po pet igrača i ne održi se nijedan turnir. Svake sedmice mora da bude samo jedan turnir iz te kategorije i da se na taj način izbegnu ovakve stvari. Mora da se radi na masovnosti tenisa i na marketingu, ranije su treneri išli po školama i reklamirali. Bilo je besplatnih škola što je jedan od načina da se vrati tenis gde pripada ".
