Tihana je, inače, profesorica na Kineziološkom fakultetu u Zagrebu, a iza sebe ima profesionalnu nogometnu karijeru. Nogomet je aktivno igrala do 2008. godine, ali je bila prisiljena prekinuti karijeru zbog ozljede, kad je imala 20 godina. Nakon nogometa počela se baviti futsalom.

Angažman Miletić i Nemčić Bojić nastavak je trenda sve veće zastupljenosti žena u sportskim prijenosima, a istome su se ranije pridružile i mnoge druge sportašice, voditeljice i novinarke, uključujući Zrinku Grancarić , novinarku HRT-a, koja je prije dvije godine komentirala otvorenje Olimpijskih igara u Parizu.
