Hyseni: Affordable social housing complex, a major project

Kryetari i Komunës së Gjilanit, Alban Hyseni, bashkë me drejtorin për Urbanizëm, Planifikim dhe Mbrojtje të Mjedisit, Flakron Rexhepi dhe zyrtarë të tjerë, kanë parë nga afër punimet te kompleksi i banimit të përballueshëm dhe social.

Ky kompleks do të përbëjë gjithsej 71 njësi banesore, me ç’rast 57 banesa do të jenë për banim të përballueshëm dhe 14 banesa do të jenë për banim social.

Sipërfaqja e gjithmbarshme ndërtimore e këtij kompleksi është afër 12.350 metra katrorë dhe do të ketë katër tipe të banesave: 53 metra katrorë, 66 metra katrorë, 77 metra katrorë dhe 87 metra katrorë.

Kryetari i Komunës së Gjilanit, Alban Hyseni, tha se vizituan nga afër punimet në projektin e banimit të përballueshëm social, një ndër projektet më të rëndësishme për qytetin tonë dhe për familjet që kanë nevojë për strehim të sigurt e dinjitoz.

“Ky projekt, që po realizohet në bashkëpunim me Qeverinë e Kosovës, po merr formë dita-ditës dhe do të krijojë mundësi më të mira jetese për shumë qytetarë të Gjilanit”, tha kryetari Hyseni.
