ČEŠKU javnost je šokirao slučaj dvanaestogodišnje devojčice koja se prošle godine porodila, a da niko u njenoj porodici ili okolini nije primetio da je trudna.
Otac deteta je njen šesnaestogodišnji brat, a ceo slučaj je sada dobio sudski epilog, prenosi Heute.at.
Trudnoća otkrivena tek na rođenju
Devojčica dolazi iz mesta Karlovi Vari, nedaleko od nemačke granice. Prema izveštajima medija, ni njena porodica ni škola nisu prepoznali njene fizičke promene kao znake trudnoće, a očigledno su njeno povećanje telesne težine pripisali drugim razlozima.
Istina je izašla na videlo tek početkom jula 2025. godine, kada je dvanaestogodišnjakinja hitno prevezena u bolnicu zbog jakih bolova.
Tamo se ispostavilo da su bolovi zapravo bili porođajni.
Zlostavljanje u vrtiću
Nakon porođaja pokrenuta je istraga kako bi se utvrdile sve okolnosti slučaja. Novorođenče je dato hraniteljskoj porodici.
Tokom ispitivanja, devojčica je otkrila da je otac deteta njen brat, koji je tada imao 16 godina.
Izjavila je da ju je zlostavljao u zajedničkoj dečjoj sobi u porodičnoj kući. Policija je naložila DNK test, koji je, prema rečima istražitelja, potvrdio očinstvo mladića.
Uslovna kazna i odšteta
Slučaj je u međuvremenu stigao do suda. Na Okružnom sudu u Pizenu, brat je priznao da je više puta dodirivao sestru protiv njene volje kada je imao 15 godina.
Prema optužnici, silovanje se dogodilo u jesen 2024. godine. Državno tužilaštvo je saopštilo da je mladić osuđen na trogodišnju uslovnu kaznu. Pored toga, naređeno mu je da se podvrgne obaveznoj seksualnoj terapiji i da žrtvi isplati odštetu u iznosu od oko 12.500 evra.
Slučaj je privukao veliku pažnju i u rodnom gradu porodice. Gradonačelnik je češkim medijima objasnio da brat i sestra potiču iz imućne porodice.
- To je bila prava katastrofa za porodicu. Bilo im je veoma teško da se nose sa tim. Naravno, ceo grad je odmah počeo da priča o tome - rekao je gradonačelnik.
