FACT: He ignored the court's decision and RAPED the woman again!

A man named V.Š. (41) has been detained by police in Surčin on suspicion of domestic violence under Article 194 of the Criminal Code. The alleged incident occurred on June 6, 2026, at around 10:10 PM in Surčin. According to the charges, he used force against his non-marital partner, violating protective measures ordered by the court. The accused denied committing the crime during his appearance before the public prosecutor. The Third Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade has submitted a request to the competent court for the imposition of preventive detention, citing two legal grounds:

Osumnjičenom se stavlja na teret da je krivična dela izvršio 12. juna, na teritoriji GO Novi Beograd, kad je primenom nasilja ugrozio spokojstvo i telesni integritet člana svoje porodice – supruge i zadao joj telesne povrede, a događaj je prijavila njihova maloletna ćerka - saopšteno je iz Trećeg tužilaštva.

U saopštenju se dodaje da je osumnjičeni neovlašćeno držao opojne droge – amfetamin i marihuanu - koje su pronađene prilikom pretresa njegovog stana i koje su od osumnjičenog oduzete uz potvrdu.

Iznoseći odbranu, kako se dalje navodi u saopštenju tužilaštva, osumnjičeni je izjavio da se na okolnosti izvršenja krivičnog dela "nasilje u porodici" neće izjašnjavati, dok priznaje izvršenje krivičnog dela "neovlašćeno držanje opojnih droga".

Treće osnovno javno tužilaštvo u Beogradu je nadležnom sudu podnelo predlog za određivanje pritvora prema osumnjičenom zbog postojanja tri zakonska razloga – okolnosti koje ukazuju na opasnost od bekstva, osobitih okolnosti koje ukazuju da će ometati postupak uticajem na oštećenu i svedoka i osobitih okolnosti da će u kratkom vremenskom periodu ponoviti krivično delo.
