French tanker leaves Strait of Hormuz

A French-flagged liquefied natural gas (LNG) tanker has departed the Strait of Hormuz following the signing of an agreement ending the conflict between the United States and Iran, which paved the way for the reopening of this critical shipping route for energy exports from the Middle East. The tanker Mraikh, owned by a subsidiary of the Norwegian company Knutsen OAS Shipping, was the first such vessel under the French flag to cross the strait since the start of the conflict on February 28. It carried 76,535 tons of LNG loaded in Qatar, destined for the port of Qasim in Pakistan. According to K

Vse so prevažale bodisi katarski utekočinjeni zemeljski plin bodisi utekočinjeni zemeljski plin iz Združenih arabskih emiratov.
