Failure of the door system causes lentid in the lines of the Metro de São Paulo

A Metrô de São Paulo is experiencing reduced speed and longer stop times on lines 1-azul, 2-verde, and 15-prata due to a failure in the platform door system at stations Vila Prudente, Sacomã, and Tamanduateí on line 2-verde. The issue began around 6:40 AM and has caused overcrowding at platforms and escalators, with passengers complaining about difficulty boarding. The Metrô stated it is working to resolve the problem but did not provide an estimated time for恢复正常 operation.

As linhas 1-azul, 2-verde e 15-prata (monotrilho), do Metrô de São Paulo , operam com velocidade reduzida e maior tempo de parada nas estações na manhã desta terça-feira (16).

Uma falha no sistema de portas de plataforma nas estações Vila Prudente, Sacomã e Tamanduateí, na linha 2-verde, por volta de 6h40, deu origem ao problema, de acordo com o Metrô.

Com a lentidão na linha 2-verde, o Metrô teve de reduzir a velocidade nas outras duas linhas para evitar superlotações das plataformas e composições nas paradas de integração.

Mesmo assim, as plataformas de diversas estações, além das escadas rolantes estão lotadas e os passageiros reclamam de dificuldade para embarcar.

O Metrô afirmou que está trabalhando para a solução do problema, mas não deu uma previsão para normalização da circulação dos trens.
