Eurobank Equities for Quest: At €7.8 €9.4 the fair value range, the hidden value of the ACS

Μεταξύ 7,8 και 9,4 ευρώ προσδιορίζει η Eurobank Equities το εύρος δίκαιης αξίας της μετοχής της Quest Holdings , σε νέα έρευνα με τη χρηματοδότηση του εκδότη (issuer sponsored research) με τίτλο «Συσσώρευση αξίας, αποκρυστάλλωση προοπτικών ανάπτυξης» (Compounding value, crystallizing optionality).

Η επικαιροποιημένη αποτίμηση δείχνει το εύρος δίκαιης αξίας αντιστοιχεί σε discount 10%. Το βασικό σενάριο της χρηματιστηριακής συνεπάγεται μια αποτίμηση EV/EBITDA για το 2026 στο επίπεδο του 8x για το εναπομείναν τμήμα εκτός της ACS (εμπορικά προϊόντα, υπηρεσίες πληροφορικής, ΑΠΕ), σε σύγκριση με το μόλις <6,5x που συνεπάγεται η τρέχουσα τιμή της μετοχής. Κατά την άποψη της Eurobank Equities, η τρέχουσα αποτίμηση υποτιμά τόσο τον δομικά αναπτυσσόμενο βραχίονα των υπηρεσιών πληροφορικής, όσο και την πορεία αύξησης των περιθωρίων κέρδους του εμπορικού τμήματος μετά την εξαγορά της Benrubi.
