- Dragi prijatelji, predsednik Si je jednom rekao da kinesko kulturno samopouzdanje potiče iz bogatog istorijskog nasleđa, ali i sposobnosti da stvaramo vrednosti u novoj eri. Današnja izložba fotografija nije nešto što treba da ovekoveči prošlost, već da nam iz tragova prošlosti ukaže na puteve budućnosti.
On je istakao da je predsednik Si tokom svojih velikih državničkih govora uvek naglašavao da kulturno samopouzdanje predstavlja temelj na kome se gradi moderna država i ostvaruje globalni dijalog.
- Čast mi je što mogu da vas pozdravim u ovom velelpnom zdanju, koje samo po sebi predstavlja mesto spajanja kultura. Okupili smo se da zajedno pogledamo u budućnost. Pre 10 godina smo uspostavili strateško parntenrstvo sa Kinom, i znam da mnogi misle da su one rogobate i ne pripadaju savremnom vremenu, ali uvek umesto reči možete analizirati dela. Posebno od dolaska Sija na vlas rezulatati su fascinantni - rekao je Vučić te dodao kako dugo sluša o tome kako Kina neće moći još dugo da izdrži pritiske, ali da oni zahvaljujući radu i planovima ostvaruju sve bolje rezultate.
- Imao sam priliku da posetim Muzej Kominističke Partije u Pekingu i u Šangaju, jedino nisam obišao crveni čamac u Đasingu, ali to ću idući put. Iz tih fotografija i dokumenata sam mnogo toga naučo o Kini i ljubavi prema otadžbini. Za mene je mnogo više od zahvalnosti onaj ko vodi državu, to mora da vidi drugačije od ostaloh. Što bi običnog građanina zanimalo koliko smo uštedeli sa komapnijom HBIS? - rekao je Vučić.
Predsednik je istakao da danas zahvaljujući ovom prijateljstvu 5.000 ljudi u Smederevu prima svoju platu i još 10.000 kooperanata i da železara više nikada ne bi radila da nije ovog prijateljstva i predsednika Sija, čime je Srbija dobila ogromnu podršku, ogroman ekonomski podstrek, ali istovremeno se tu pokazalo i ko joj je iskren prijatelj, ističući da su uzaludni pokušaji i pomisao da će neko sankcijama da uspori Kinu, ispričajući anegdotu iz svojih dečačkih dana o snazi vode.
- Vodu da zaustavite ne možete. Prirodu onoga ko je snažniji i uspešniji ne možete da zaustavite. Sve te sankcije, protekcionističke mere koje se prave protiv Kine ne mogu da uspeju. Bio sam prisutan tokom istorijskog govora predsednika Kine u Davosu, kada je predsednik Si pokazao da je svet okrenut naopačke i pokazao dominaciju Kine u budućnosti.
- Kina će nastaviti da raste i da polako jednu po jednu od brana na tum putu ruši i pobeđuje još ubedljivije. U Kini postoji nešto što nema kod nas i to moramo da učimo. Oni imaju "oko tigra"... Moramo da podižemo svoju lestvicu što je moguće više... Ove godine ćemo biti 2. ili 3. ekonomija po stopi rasta, mislite da sam zadovoljan i da je to dovoljno e pa nije. I kada budemo najbeća sa 3,5% to će biti mnogo manji rast nego što ga ima Kina... Moramo biti pametni da rzumemo šta se dešava oko nas, da razumemo da nekad kupujemo vreme, nekada popustimo zbog surove realnosti, ali da razumemo šta se dešava oko nas i šta dolazi. Da nemamo zatvorene oči, kao neki... Moramo d a razumemo šta se događa oko nas, kojom brzinom se menja, analoziramo rezltate sukoba na Bliskom istoku i kako je to jedna velika zemlja, za koju su mislili da će biti lak plen za SAD uspela da se izborio za sve svoje ciljeve - kazao je on.
Predsednik dodaje da je će za 8-10 godina Kina biti prva u svetu po broju borbenih aviona.
- Kina gradi ostrvo umesto nosača. Raste brzo u vojnoj sferi, u veštačkoj inteligenciji robotoici, svemu onom u čemu zaostajemo - rekao je Vučić.
Vučić ističe da mu je čast što je danas ovde.
- Vi ste pomenuli važnu reč u našim odnosima, a to je ''poverenje''. Imam ogromno u predsednika Sija, 10 puta smo se susreli u 10 godina, zamislite kolika je to čast. Možete da mislite koliko sam naučio od njega, šta sve shvatio - rekao je predsednik, te dodao da se svet polako, ali sigurno menja i koliko pažnja treba u sve većoj meti da bude okrneuta ka istoku.
- Hvala vam što pokazujete respekt za malu zemlju kakva je Srbija, što se ne ponašate arognatno i što možemo da naučimo mnogo toga. Hvala na prijateljstvu, molim vas prenesite srdačne podzrave Siju i nadam se da ću opet uskoro imati priliku da ga vidim - kazao je predsednik te dodao da ukoliko neko ne poznaje prošlost ne može da sagleda sadašnjost i da gleda u budućnost.
- Verujem u čelično prijateljstvo naših zemalja i radujem se prilici da pogledam te istorijske fotografije. Živelo prijateljstvo Srbije i Kine! - rekao je predsednik za kraj.
