La sentencia del caso Rafa Mir sí entraba dentro de los tiempos que se manejaban en el club de Nervión, pero pocos llegaban a imaginar que la ... sentencia iba a ser tan gruesa, con hasta ocho años y medio de cárcel por un delito de agresión sexual y lesiones. Una sentencia que llega desde un juzgado de Valencia y que el propio delantero aún del Sevilla piensa recurrir. Un proceso que puede alargarse en el tiempo y que deja la decisión de los abogados del club un poco en el aire, puesto que hasta que la pena de prisión no sea definitiva, si es que en algún momento llegar a serla, no pueden tomar la decisión de prescindir de los servicios de Rafa Mir y anular el año de contrato que aún le queda en el Sánchez-Pizjuán .
