Nakon štrajka upozorenja, dve majke dece sa smetnjama u razvoju i invaliditetom iz Bečeja danas su započele štrajk glađu ispred zgrade opštine. Tvrde da su godinama same plaćale prevoz svoje dece do škole i nazad, a da su im zahtevi za refundaciju tih troškova odbijeni.

"Ovo nije borba za isplatu novca , već borba da država i lokalna samouprava poštuju sopstvene zakone dok ih ima ili da ukinu te zakone pa neka navedu da deca sa smetnjama u razvoju i invaliditetom nemaju nikakva prava i da ih trebamo držati u podrumu ili šta god da smisle", navela je Kristina Demeter Filipčev, majka i novinarka.
Zakon predviđa obezbeđen prevoz, ali je opština odbila da nadoknadi troškove za prethodne tri godine, uz obrazloženje da se pravo ne može ostvarivati retroaktivno.
Majke, međutim, tvrde da im je prethodno ponuđeno vansudsko rešenje i isplata - samo bez kamate.
"Dogovor je bio, negde početkom te nedelje, da se do kraja nedelje pošalje neki nacrt tog ugovora jer nećemo da dođemo pred svršen čin, hoćemo da znamo šta potpisujemo jer im ništa ne verujemo. Međutim, taj nacrt nikada nije stigao", rekla je Iva Hromiš, majka i odbornica.

Već samo odbijenica. Zato su odgovore još jednom potražile u opštini, ali nadležne tog jutra nisu zatekle na radnom mestu.
"Šta je problem, ne razumem, ne možete da razgovarate sa nama? Da li neko iz izvršne vlasti postoji u ovoj opštini...ili da zovemo koordinatora SNS-a da pitamo kada će njegovi saborci doći na posao?" upitala je jedna od majki tokom posete gradskoj opštini.
Novca ima kada su u pitanju druge namene?
Koordinatora nisu zvale, ali jesu dobile predsednika opštine. Nakon što je poručio da tog dana ne može da ih primi, pojavio se nekoliko sati kasnije - u pratnji više medijskih ekipa.
"Opština mora da isplaćuje nadknade bez da mi podnosimo bilo kakav zahtev", rekla je majka.
"Nije istina, izvinite, vi sad iznosite neistine", rekao je predsednik opštine.
"Zakon kaže da imamo prava tri godine unazad, a vi treba da radite svoj posao", rekla je jedna od majki.
"Da, ali morate podneti zahtev i ne retroaktivno, jer Zakon o budžetskom sistemu to ne dozvoljava", navodi predsednik opštine.
"Ma nemoj, a šta je sa budžetskim rezervama..", odgovorila je majka.
Dogovora nema. Dok opština tvrdi da budžetska pravila ne dozvoljavaju retroaktivnu isplatu, majke odgovaraju da novca ima kada su u pitanju druge namene - kao što je manifestacija "Bečej noću".
"Ni u jednom momentu nisu rekli kako bi ti iznosi (naši) uticali na budžet, a ja sam sigurna da za te male iznose postoje sredstava obzirom da su mnogo mnogo više za vikend popili i pojeli, na račun građana", navela je Hromiš.
Štrajk nastavljaju - večeras će biti sa svojom decom, a već sutra ujutru ponovo ispred opštine sa spremnom tužbom.
