Boy (5) drowned in swimming pool, died in hospital, was in coma for 4 days: Sadness in the neighborhood

A five-year-old boy drowned in a pool at a beach in Jash in Romania and later died in the hospital after nearly four days in a coma. He was in a fourth-degree coma with minimal chances of survival. The boy was at the pool with older children and was not accompanied by his parents. According to investigators, he jumped over the fence to enter the pool after leaving home without his mother's knowledge. Pool staff pulled him out of the water and provided first aid. The family claims the pool had no lifeguards or supervisors monitoring who entered the pool.
