Una jueza de Santander ha concluido que la muerte por suicidio de un trabajador , declarado en su día como accidente laboral, no fue «un acto intencionado» , y ha condenado a la aseguradora del fallecido, que estaba empleado en una cadena de supermercados, a ... abonar 100.000 euros a la viuda , en concepto de cobertura por fallecimiento por accidente .
