"Кіл-зона" – це смуга вздовж лінії фронту, максимально насичена розвідувальними та ударними безпілотниками. У більшості районів її ширина сягає 10–20 кілометрів, і, як кажуть українські посадовці, її межі постійно розширюються. Перший заступник міністра оборони України Олексій Вискуб наголошує, що розміри цієї зони можуть подвоїтися вже до кінця цього року.
Щоб мінімізувати людські втрати у "кіл-зоні", Україна намагається якомога менше використоввувати людей у прифронтовій логістиці, замінюючи їх безпілотними системами та наземними роботами. Це, за словами посадовців, має знизити ризики для особового складу, який перебуває під постійною загрозою атак з повітря.

За словами керівника платформи Brave1 Андрія Гриценюка, сучасна війна загалом швидко змінюється і стає дедалі більш роботизованою. Якщо у 2022 році артилерія домінувала на полі бою, то зараз понад 80% ударів завдають безпілотники, каже Гриценюк.
Олексій Вискуб переконаний, що важливість технологічного прогресу під час війни війні часто недооцінюють. Хоча багатьом українським командирам бракує традиційної військової освіти, натомість вони вміють працювати з даними, що стимулює інновації на полі бою.
"Традиційна, класична війна з піхотою та артилерією та людьми, які стикаються один з одним, на жаль, вона відходить у минуле", - заявив Вискуб.

Аналітики вважають, що ізоляція півострова може серйозно уповільнити дії російських військ, адже Крим є критичним логістичним центром для операцій на півдні України.
