O cantor norte-americano Oliver Tree está entre as seis vítimas da colisão entre dois helicópteros na manhã deste domingo (14), no Recreio dos Bandeirantes, na zona sudoeste do Rio de Janeiro . O músico está em uma turnê internacional.
Havia se apresentado em São Paulo no dia 6, no Studio Stage, casa de shows na Lapa, zona oeste. Nos últimos dias, postou diversos vídeos com a camisa da seleção brasileira, inclusive em cenas gravadas em uma favela, como jogando futebol, comendo churrasco, cortando o cabelo e dirigindo uma motocicleta.
O cantor estava acompanhado do produtor musical e DJ brasileiro Lucas Frota, radicado nos Estados Unidos, do influenciador argentino Gaspi — que tem 2,8 milhões de seguidores apenas no Youtube, e do cineasta argentino Lucas Vignole. O grupo estava a caminho de Angra dos Reis, no litoral fluminense.
As demais vítimas os pilotos Charles Marsillac e Alexandre Souza.
Com a colisão, as duas aeronaves caíram em pátio de veículos de uma concessionária da BYD, de carros elétricos. O prefeito do Rio de Janeiro, Eduardo Cavaliere (PSD), disse em entrevista a canal de TV que os pilotos envolvidos no acidente eram experientes e que conhecia um deles pessoalmente.
