A 15-year-old boy kicked a teacher in the head during recess in Nakkila.

A boy under the age of 15 assaulted a teacher at Nakki High School during a break period in November. The incident was investigated as an act of violence. The boy struck and pushed the teacher in the head while supervising the break. After the incident, he left the scene but was quickly apprehended by police. Due to his age, the boy is not criminally liable, so the case will not proceed to prosecution. Alle 15-vuotias koulupoika pahoinpiteli opettajaa Nakkilan yhteiskoulussa marraskuussa. Törkeän pahoinpitelyn esitutkinta on nyt valmistunut.

Tekoaikaan alle 15-vuotias nuori pahoinpiteli välituntia valvoneen koulun opettajan lyömällä ja potkimalla tätä päähän. Tekonsa jälkeen hän poistui paikalta. Poliisi kuitenkin tavoitti nuoren nopeasti lähistöltä.

Epäillyn nuoren iän vuoksi poliisi ei avaa tarkemmin tapahtumia eikä asiasta tiedoteta enempää. Koska poika oli tekoaikaan alle 15-vuotias, hän ei ole teostaan rikosoikeudellisessa vastuussa eikä asia etene syyteharkintaan.

Poika on silti korvausvelvollinen aiheuttamistaan vahingoista. Tästä syystä poliisi suoritti asiassa täyden esitutkinnan.
