Ανεξάρτητη Αρχή Ελέγχου Αγοράς: Πρόστιμο €309.339 στην Τottis Bingo για υπέρβαση περιθωρίου κέρδους

Νέες δ ιοικητικές κυρώσεις συνολικού ύψους 389.339 ευρώ επέβαλε η Ανεξάρτητη Αρχή Ελέγχου της Αγοράς και Προστασίας του Καταναλωτή , έπειτα από ελέγχους που αφορούσαν τόσο την τήρηση του επιτρεπόμενου περιθωρίου μικτού κέρδους όσο και την αντιμετώπιση της διακίνησης απομιμητικών προϊόντων.
Σύμφωνα με ανακοίνωση της Αρχής, οι έλεγχοι εντάσσονται στο πλαίσιο της συνεχιζόμενης επιχειρησιακής δράσης για την προστασία των καταναλωτών, την καταπολέμηση αθέμιτων εμπορικών πρακτικών και τη διασφάλιση της εύρυθμης λειτουργίας της αγοράς.
Ειδικότερα, στην εταιρεία TOTTIS BINGO AEBE επιβλήθηκε πρόστιμο ύψους 309.339 ευρώ , καθώς διαπιστώθηκε υπέρβαση του επιτρεπόμενου Περιθωρίου Μικτού Κέρδους σε 33 κωδικούς προϊόντων της κατηγορίας σοκολατοειδών. Οι παραβάσεις αφορούν το διάστημα από 13 Μαρτίου έως 3 Απριλίου 2026 και κρίθηκαν αντίθετες με τις προβλέψεις της ισχύουσας νομοθεσίας.
Παράλληλα, σε έλεγχο που πραγματοποιήθηκε σε αποθήκη στον Δήμος Δάφνης, οι ελεγκτικές αρχές εντόπισαν και κατέσχεσαν 6.341 τεμάχια απομιμητικών αξεσουάρ , τα οποία στη συνέχεια καταστράφηκαν. Για την υπόθεση επιβλήθηκαν διοικητικά πρόστιμα συνολικού ύψους 80.000 ευρώ.
