Κατά 14 φορές υπερκαλύφθηκε η αύξηση μετοχικού κεφαλαίου του ΑΔΜΗΕ που ολοκληρώθηκε χθες, κατά το μέρος που αφορά την άντληση κεφαλαίων από την αγορά.

Υπενθυμίζεται ότι η αύξηση κεφαλαίου είναι 1 δισ. ευρώ, από τα οποία 510 εκατ. κατέβαλε το Δημόσιο προκειμένου να διατηρήσει τη συμμετοχή του στο 51 % και 240 εκατ. η Κινεζική State Grid, μέτοχος του Διαχειριστή με ποσοστό 24 %.

Για τα υπόλοιπα 250 εκατ. ευρώ οι προσφορές ήταν 3,5 δισ. ευρώ (2,8 δις από το ξένο βιβλίο και 700 εκατ. από το ελληνικό).

Η αύξηση μετοχικού κεφαλαίου υποστηρίζει το επενδυτικό πλάνο του ΑΔΜΗΕ που περιλαμβάνει επενδύσεις συνολικού ύψους 6 δισ. ευρώ για την περίοδο 2026 - 2029.

Μεταξύ αυτών η δεύτερη διασύνδεση με την Ιταλία και οι διασυνδέσεις των νησιών του Βορειοανατολικού Αιγαίου και των Δωδεκανήσων.
