Over the last ten years, the French community has grown by more than 50 percent, making it the fastest-growing group of foreigners in the region. This growth is expected to continue, with projections suggesting that by 2028, French residents will outnumber Portuguese ones in the cantons of Geneva, Vaud, and Jura.
