According to former employees, clinicians were expected to handle up to 25 patient cases per hour, reviewing only electronic forms completed by patients. This equates to approximately two minutes spent per case, raising concerns about the depth of medical evaluation. Some workers stated that they were instructed not to ask what they considered medically necessary questions during consultations, to avoid delaying care.
