However, he clarified that the specific line about “pushback” was actually a response from the episode's guest, not the AI. Following the backlash, Green issued a detailed apology on Reddit, expressing deep regret for disappointing his audience. He stated that he would reduce his video output as a consequence of the incident. Despite acknowledging the criticism, Green emphasized that he had used AI mainly to locate academic papers and other resources related to the topics he discusses.
